WomenBizSENSE is a non-profit organization based in Penang, Malaysia that connects women entrepreneurs to the right people, education, and resources they need to grow, prosper, and thrive in business. We are a team of high-energy and committed volunteers (who are also entrepreneurs) who have been nurturing and growing women entrepreneurs in Penang since 2006.

We offer a variety of programmes and services, including:

  • Educational workshops, webinars & talks 
  • Entrepreneurship visits and exchanges
  • Expertise sharing 
  • Business opportunities sharing
  • Business events, seminars and expos 
  • Community and charity work

We are passionate about supporting women entrepreneurs and helping them achieve their dreams.

WomenBizSENSE is a strategic and implementation partner for the Penang Women Entrepreneur Mentoring Programme, organized by the Penang Women’s Development Corporation and the Penang State Government since 2020.

We have partnered with other local women’s organizations such as NAWEM, JCI Pearl, Penang Women’s Chamber of Commerce, and Soroptimist International Penang to bring about events and activities that benefit our members.

Our members are largely women who own and operate micro and small businesses in all sectors. Membership is open to women above the age of 18 who own or co-own businesses registered with Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia.
